How do I know if I can benefit from the 1-1 Coaching?

This is for you if:
- You’re looking for some accountability and support to reach your health goals
- You’ve tried things on your own before with little success
- You know with the right support and education that you’ll gain progress
- You learn better 1-1 with someone and prefer things to be customized and personalized to you!

Question 2

Do you provide the materials needed for our sessions?

Accepted Answer

You will be asked to join the online portal Practice Better where we will conduct all of our sessions
I will also email you all of your protocols after each session
You’ll receive handouts that will help you dig deeper and implement what you’re learning
You’ll also receive meal plans, shopping lists and recipes throughout our time together

Question 3

How many sessions will I need?

In the Gut Rehab/Pain Pro programs, you will receive 7 sessions alongside email support to ensure that you are supported and making progress during our time together
In the Metabolic Balance program you will receive 6 sessions throughout the program.  Beyond the 6 sessions if you’re looking for additional support, hourly rate takes effect.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice before your appointment or you will be charged $100.00 deposit fee for the missed session (unless serious emergency or contagious
illness)
